SHIPPING PROTOCOL?

Stage 1: We have received your order - a confirmation will be sent to you

Stage 2: We are processing your order - order details are being checked and/or corrected - special requests are being noted

Stage 3: We are creating your shipping label with a tracking number

Stage 4: We are packing your parcel

Stage 5: Your parcel is being collected by our courier - you can now follow the movement of your shipment.

Stage 6: Your parcel is being delivered - a notification will be sent to you

CUSTOM MADE?

No. We are choosing your road gear from what we have in stock and it's made from the tarps we have available.

 WASHABLE?

Yes. Please hand wash only. Do not use hot water or bleach. For waterproof products, use impregnation spray.

PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept Credit Card and PayPal.

WETNESS?

What happens if my product gets wet?

Truck canvas is a heavy duty cotton material used to protect the cargo of trucks and road trains. It is all weather resistant.

If your item gets wet with sea water, just rinse it with freshwater and let it dry.

For waterproofing, use an impregnation spray.

SMELL?

If the material is recycled then does it smell?

No. The materials are washed thoroughly and free from chemical treatment.

SHRINKING?

Do the hats shrink?

No. The canvas has been weathered, therefore does not shrink.

INTERSTATE?

Do you ship to other Australian States?

Yes, at $12.00 Flat Rate Delivery across Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through Australia Post.

WRONG SIZE?

We accept returns for exchange. All labels must be on and the product must be unworn.
