Exchanges & Returns Policy

All orders at AFROBLONDE are processed in AUD.

We provide all the information so you can choose the correct AFROBLONDE product according to your size and do not need to exchange or return it. Even so, if you need to, we accept the product back, as per the following requirements:

• You can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date on your receipt, only if the product is not worn and with all labels attached can be accepted.

If your product is damaged or defective, the product will be exchanged or refunded within 90 calendar days from the date of your receipt. 

• If you registered the wrong address, couldn't change it in time and the package returns to our address, the shipping fee of the second shipment will be charged.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE COSTS (AUSTRALIA)

The customer will need to pay the shipping charge for any exchanges or returns back to us.

We'll take care of the shipping cost back to you. 

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your records.
